Shipping policy
At Divine Intimates, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives smoothly, discreetly, and on time. Please carefully review and confirm your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, you must email us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@shopdivineintimates.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, Divine Intimates cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders may be processed the same day if placed before the warehouse cut-off time. Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed the following business day.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Due to high weekend order volumes, some orders placed late Friday through Sunday may ship on Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected, package weight, and delivery destination.

Standard Shipping: $10 Flat Rate (estimated 3–7 business days)
Express Shipping: $20 Flat Rate (estimated 1–3 business days)
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $75 or more within the United States.
Shipping & Delivery
After processing, standard shipping typically requires an additional 3–7 business days for delivery.

• Express Shipping (USPS Priority / FedEx 2-Day): 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or weather conditions.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging, such as padded envelopes or plain boxes. The outside label will not indicate the contents of the package.
Please note: International shipments sent through USPS may require a product description and tariff (HS) code on the customs label as required by shipping regulations.
Multiple Shipments
Some products may ship from different warehouse locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Order Tracking

Delivered Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Divine Intimates is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or store credits will not be issued for confirmed deliveries.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or declined, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your eligible refund.
