Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of confirmed delivery by emailing info@shopdivineintimates.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Approved returns (lingerie items only) must be mailed to:

Please note:

• Divine Intimates does not provide prepaid return labels.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Nipple Covers

For hygiene and safety reasons, all nipple cover sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Adult Novelties

All adult novelty sales are final due to the personal nature of these products.

Returns are not accepted for general reasons. Exceptions apply only to verified defective items within the applicable manufacturer warranty period (warranty terms may vary by manufacturer).

In cases of confirmed defects, damage, or shipping errors, we will assist with submitting a claim or issuing a credit memo in accordance with vendor warranty policies. Please review individual product warranty details prior to purchase.

Adult novelty orders may ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS directly from our fulfillment partners.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Divine Intimates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Upon request, we can provide delivery confirmation details including the delivery date, tracking number, and shipping carrier information so you may file a claim directly with the carrier.

No refunds or store credits will be issued for packages confirmed as delivered.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
